The workload of the judicial system is shameful, Mesrop Makyan, a judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, a member of the Central Court of Justice, stated this in a conversation with journalists.
“It’s an inhuman burden, now there are 200 criminal cases in the proceedings of every judge, that’s why the sessions are delayed, they take a long time,” he said.
According to the judge, the government of RA is interested in making judicial acts in corruption cases.
