Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Russia Ararat Mirzoyan and Sergey Lavrov discussed by phone a wide range of issues related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
As the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry told NEWS.am, the importance of full-fledged restoration of the peace process in accordance with the mandate of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs for a comprehensive and comprehensive settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was noted.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Sergey Lavrov also discussed the implementation of the agreements within the framework of the trilateral statements of November 9, 2020 and November 11 and 26, 2021.
Mirzoyan stressed that the bellicose statements of the Azerbaijani leadership, threats to use force seriously threaten regional stability and security.
The foreign ministers discussed issues related to the “3 + 3” initiative, as well as issues of mutual interest.
